Fashion Forward Dubai has just opened its door on the four-day of catwalks and presentations featuring emerging local and international designers.
The return of this event helps celebrate the best of fashion in the UAE elevating the city’s role as a hub for fashion in the Middle East.
Taking place at Dubai Design District (d3) from October 30-November 2 this event features pop-up shops with a possibility to purchase items on the spot and ‘shop now’ platform for digital-savvy consumers.
This year, fashion with a conscience is the most relevant.
Talks and panel discussions are exploring such topics like sustainability, heritage and innovation.
Leaders in the beauty and fashion industry such as Laudomia Pucci of Emilio Pucci, beauty entrepreneur Joelle Mardinian and sustainability activist Shahd Al Shehail will lead interactive panel discussions.
Returning this season are established and well- known regional designers: Furne One of Amato, Michael Cinco, Arwa Al Banawi, Behnoode, Hessa Falasi, Mrs. Keepa, Roni Helou, and many more.
A number of new designers including Hazem Kais, Jessica K, and Tanya Skaff will be showcasing their upcoming collections.
